(Smoothie)

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 3 Stalks of Celery
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 Handful of Kale
  • 1 Handfulof Spinach

“Tower of Power”
(Smoothie)

  • 1 Handful of Kale
  • Ginger
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 1 Carrot
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • ¼ Sweet Potato
  • 1 Stalk of Celery

*Each recipe can be made with water or your choice of milk and protein powder can be added.
